Tirlán, recruits for craft apprentices. Tirlán has 11 production facilities in Ireland and seeks hard-working apprentices for their Kilkenny sites in Ballyragget and Belview.

The Tirlán Apprenticeship Programme 

Apprenticeship programmes offer unrivalled opportunities for students to obtain a Level 6 qualification, while gaining practical, hands-on work experience. 

Apprentices train for 4 years combining practical industrial experience and Solas/ETB run academic training. 

The blended learning approach allows the apprentice to work in industry and attend college during their block release phases. 

During that time, apprentices get a varied experience in a fast pace manufacturing site, with guidance and mentorship from experienced crafts during that time.

Tirlán is offering opportunities for craft apprentices in the areas of: 

• Electrical Instrumentation 
• Mechanical Automation & Maintenance Fitting (MAMF)

Entry requirements 

To apply, applicants must: 

• Be of legal age - 16 years+
• Hold educational standard – Grade D or higher in 5 Junior Cert subjects 
• Current Leaving Cert students are eligible to apply.
